Super stay
Superior location, very kind and helpful staff at the recetion and breakfast restaurant. Very clean. The hotel made its best to meet my extra requirments. Very good breakfast being serves until late hour, with very good coffee served and proseco.
All was superior. Just 2 very small comments: Perhaps the hotel might add hair balm in the bathroom. And change sheets to duvet cover.

What was the highlight of Hotel Pierre Firenze
Location was amazing. Breakfast was decent. Room was OK but we barely spent time in it anyway.
Included breakfast was a great thing to have, granted that the options were OK. Staff was so accommodating and friendly! The location was the best feature. Many restaurants right around the corner and landmarks a few minutes walking distance away. Ultimately, I'd say it was a really good return on money's spent for the stay.
Our room had one window facing another room with little to no light coming in. At first I was a little disappointed but we barely spent time in the hotel room so it didn't really matter.
